Shipping Policy
Delivery Charges: The customer is charged as per Zone on the total amount of books.
For example - You buy a book for Rs 500 on our website,then you have to pay a dedicated fee as per Zone .
Standard Delivery: Usually delivered in 3-7 days, this service has a Track & Trace facility.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one book to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

Replacement Policy: If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement within 5 days of delivery at no extra cost.
Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we pre book your order for you. The book will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch. The Pre Order duration varies from book to book. Once known, release time and date is mentioned.

For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these books available for sale. Please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at BuyBooksIndia.com.
Permanently Discontinued: This book is no longer available on BuyBooksIndia because it's obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your books via Indian Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Does harishbookdepot deliver internationally?
We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy
We aim towards complete customer satisfaction. In case you’re not happy with any products you have purchased, you can simply return the item(s) and we’ll send you a replacement or refund your money.
You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 5 day window. If your order has been placed online, please email us at info@buybooksindia.com for a refund or exchange provided on the order receipt.
Please read our Returns and exchange information and instructions as well as our terms and conditions carefully -:
1. Items should be in their original condition
2. Items should be ideally in the original packaging
3. Items should be returned within 15 days of the day you bought them with a receipt.
How to return an item by post
We recommend you to use a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns. We can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items.
1. Tell us why you're returning the item(s) and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
2. Post your item back to us.
